Repose Pool FAQs

Where do I check in?
Day guests, please check in at the Spa Desk. Overnight guests may access the pools at their leisure.
What do I bring?
Lockers, robe and slippers available. Please use our showers prior to soaking. Bathing suits are required in the repose pools. We suggest you also bring flip-flops, sunglasses and a hat.
Is there a noise policy?
The spa area, including the Repose Pools, is a quiet Whisper Zone. In consideration for your fellow guests and to enjoy our natural tranquility, please follow this noise policy.
Can I soak if I have high blood pressure, am pregnant, etc.?
Our waters are held at 95 to 104 degrees F. Please speak with your health professional prior to soaking should you have any health concerns and remember to mention the temperature.
Is there chlorine in the water?
No. The Repose Pools are filled with spring water directly from the source.
How often are the pools cleaned and how?
We use a state-of-the-art purification system to ensure the naturally pure artesian spring water retains its purity. Chlorine isn’t used in any soaking experience. Continuous filtration with a 12 micron filter, ozone and UV light removes all biological materials and every pool gets a deep cleaning every week.
Can I enjoy the activities, classes or workshops at Sunrise? Can I play with the puppies?
At this time, we offer activities with the Silkie chickens and puppies to overnight guests, but soon also to day guests.
What if I have to cancel or reschedule my reservation?
If you must cancel or reschedule your reservation, please call 877.977.8212. We respectfully ask that cancellations or changes be made 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation time will be charged the full amount.
How long can I soak?
As long as you’d like, when the pools are open.
Is re-entry permitted?
Yes. Please feel welcome to enjoy spa services and visit the Blue Heron Restaurant when you come to soak.
Are the pools open in rain or snow?
Yes, usually. But, in the event of inclement weather, we may have to close down the pools. Rain checks are available for those who arrived within an hour of closing for weather.
Can I bring food or alcohol to the pool?
No. But the Blue Heron is just steps away and offers a wide range of food and beverages. There are fresh cool spring water stations available poolside.
Are the Repose Pools open year round?
Yes.
