An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Monday and Tuesday, repeating until December 1, 2019

Mindful Flow Yoga combines breath with postures (asanas) to help bring fluidity and ease to your practice. Through incorporating proper alignment, body awareness, and mindful breathing we experience a more cohesive and beneficial yoga practice. This class is suitable for all levels.
