Explore 4 types of Meditation to see what may work for you. We will practice a Guided Meditation, Metta/Loving Kindness Meditation, Silent Meditation and Walking Meditation. As we become quiet, listen to own breath and feelings, we can grow a sense of stillness and clarity.
