Rest and unwind in this Deep Relaxation class. Gentle floorbased stretching and a guided body scan will lead you into your “Rest and Digest” response, which supports immune system function, helps the body break down fat, reduces cortisol and so much more. Deep Relaxation encourages you to experience a sense of internal peace and allows you to feel relaxed, present and rejuvenated.
